Overview
Development concept
Project Zevenhuizen is envisioned as a compact, high-density green data center development of approximately 100–150 MW across around 12 hectares in South Holland.
Multiple buildings
One integrated solution
The development can consist of multiple interconnected buildings, but functions as one integrated data center solution. Power, fiber, cooling, security, energy storage and heat recovery are designed as one technical system.
The use of multiple buildings enables modular construction, resilient connections and phased delivery without creating a wider mixed-use campus.
Energy integration
Heat for horticulture
Heat generated by the data center can be collected, upgraded where required and supplied to surrounding greenhouse horticulture. Battery storage, intelligent energy management and potentially hydrogen fuel cells can further reduce the local environmental impact.
